This Privacy Policy explains how JTPCK (“the Service”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. JTPCK is operated by Jesse Waites, doing business as BCKPCKR (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This may include: Request and response metadata Token counts and model identifiers Latency and performance metrics Logs, traces, and metrics Application or tool identifiers Prompts or code snippets if your telemetry configuration includes them We do not collect data from your tools unless you deliberately configure them to send it. 2.3 Technical Data We automatically collect limited technical data such as: IP address Device and browser type Timestamps and access logs This data is used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. 3. How We Use Your Data We use collected data only to: Provide and operate the Service Display dashboards and analytics you request Monitor performance and reliability Debug and improve the Service Maintain security and prevent abuse Comply with legal obligations We do not sell personal data and do not use telemetry data for advertising. 4. Data Storage and Transfers Your data is stored and processed on servers provided by Hetzner Online GmbH. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. We take reasonable measures to protect data regardless of location. 6. Data Retention We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Some limited data may be retained for security, audit, or legal purposes. 7. We do not intentionally share data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service or comply with the law. We do not allow third-party advertising trackers on the Service. 10. Children’s Privacy The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. 11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
